The billing issues with automatic resubscriptions and the use of stored cards has been resolved. Any accounts that had automatic renewals from Nov 17th to December 10th have a new resubscription date for the 11th of each month. Customers were not charged subscription fees for the above time period. 

We are aware that some customers are getting 2 receipts when purchasing documents. Please note that these receipts have the same receipt number (WEB-xx-xxxx) and there was only a single charge. This will be reflected when checking with your financial institution.
