North Dakota Recorders Information Network -
To preserve and protect North Dakota land records for future generations.

***NOTICE***

The billing issues with automatic resubscriptions and the use of stored cards has been resolved. Any accounts that had automatic renewals from Nov 17th to December 10th have a new resubscription date for the 11th of each month. Customers were not charged subscription fees for the above time period.

We are aware that some customers are getting 2 receipts when purchasing documents. Please note that these receipts have the same receipt number (WEB-xx-xxxx) and there was only a single charge. This will be reflected when checking with your financial institution.

Thank you for your patience while we resolve these remaining issues.

Welcome to the world of NDRIN.... the North Dakota Recorders Information Network. A group of North Dakota counties have joined together to extend the application of the 1999 disaster-proofing FEMA grant and provide access to real estate records via the Internet. These records have previously been available only through books and microfilm in the Recorder's offices in the county courthouses.

To ensure the information you are looking for is available, check the county information pages on the interactive map, under ND Recorders.
