A group of North Dakota counties have joined together to extend the application of the 1999 disaster-proofing FEMA grant and provide access to real estate records via the Internet. These records have previously been available only through books and microfilm in the Recorder's offices in the county courthouses.

If you are interested in becoming a member please click on the Register  button under NDRIN on the navigation bar.  You will be redirected to the registration page.  After submitting your registration, purchasing your 30 day subscription and checking out, you will be asked to enter you credit card billing information.  This information will be stored with our Payment Card Industry compliant payment center as the default payment method.  The subscription you are purchasing will automatically be renewed every 30 days unless you cancel. You may cancel on the website under Manage Subscriptions after you log in.
